First Aid Stufe 3 IVR Refresher
In the First Aid Level 3 IVR Refresher course, you will consolidate and expand your knowledge of advanced first aid measures for acute illnesses or injuries resulting from an accident.
The course is suitable for company first responders or anyone interested in first aid.
Content
In this varied course, you will learn and practice the necessary first aid measures through different case scenarios until professional help arrives. Through differentiated situational assessments, you will gain increasing confidence. Resuscitation measures will also be reviewed during the course.
The course covers the following topics:
- Patient assessment according to xABCDE and body check
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- First aid measures for responsive, unconscious, or lifeless patients
- Assisting emergency services in patient care
- Use and handling of medications
- Writing incident reports and handing over to emergency services
Target Audience
All interested individuals who are willing and suitable to engage in a full-time or part-time role (e.g., company first responder) and who wish to acquire broad foundational knowledge and extensive skills in first aid and preventive measures.
Prerequisites
A valid First Aid Level 2 IVR certificate or Level 2 IVR refresher (not older than 2 years) as well as a valid complete BLS-AED-SRC certificate.

35 hours
Certificate
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a First Aid Level 3 IVR certificate (valid for 2 years) as well as a complete BLS-AED-SRC certificate (valid for 2 years).
