The basis for the use of municipal facilities is the "Operating regulations for the use of municipal facilities"
General provisions
The fixed fees apply to one event/one occasion or one use and also include the ancillary costs, i.e. the costs for electricity, water and cleaning; the only exception to this rule is Section 4.3, which contains a separate definition of the ancillary costs.
Premises for annual use
Associations and organizations that are given permanent use of designated municipal premises pay an annual flat rate of CHF 500. If the expenses and ancillary costs arising from the use of the premises cannot be covered by this fee, the additional costs will be calculated using meters and invoiced separately.
