Survey of Vacant Apartments in Visp as of June 1, 2026

Every year, municipalities must report the number of vacant apartments to the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).

For this reason, we ask all owners of primary residences to inform the municipality of Visp of any vacant apartments* within the municipal boundaries.
Please submit any reports by June 22, 2026, via email using the reporting form or by phone at 027 948 99 11, specifying the address, floor, and size.

*Vacant housing units included in the count:
Furnished or unfurnished apartments (including vacation and second homes) and single-family homes that, as of the reference date of June 1,
- are unoccupied but habitable and
- are actively listed on the market for long-term rent of at least three months or for sale
