Finances

The department of Finances is responsible for the operative management of the municipality’s budget. The main tasks include accounting (financial planning, budget, annual statement), bookkeeping (transactions, creditors, debtors), controlling and liquidity planning. Its responsibilities also include payroll accounting and social security as well as the municipality's insurance portfolio. It analyses the development of the budget on behalf of the Council and advises the authorities and management.
